Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you buy a saree from us. We have kept them plain, because terms nobody can read protect nobody. Using this site or placing an order means you accept them.
How an order is placed
This website is a catalogue, not a checkout. Adding a saree to your enquiry sends us a message on WhatsApp; it does not place an order and does not reserve the piece. An order exists only once we have confirmed it with you in that conversation.
We may decline or cancel an order — for instance if a piece turns out to have already sold, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If that happens after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
One-of-a-kind pieces and availability
Many of the sarees listed here are individual pieces, and a listing staying up is not a guarantee that the piece is still available. Availability is confirmed at the time of order, in the WhatsApp conversation, before you pay for anything.
Because every piece is handwoven, small irregularities in the weave and slight variations between the photograph and the cloth in your hands are natural and are not faults. Our returns policy sets out where that line falls.
Prices and payment
All prices on this site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include delivery within India. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed to you when your order is agreed is the price you pay.
Payment is arranged directly with us as part of the order conversation. No payment is taken on this website.
We try to keep every listing accurate, but if a price or a description is obviously wrong we will tell you before taking the order forward rather than hold you to a mistake.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our returns policy. Both form part of these terms, and both are kept on their own pages so there is only ever one version of what we have promised.
Using this site
The photographs, descriptions and design of this site are ours, and are not to be copied or reused commercially without our permission. Anything you send us — a review, or a photograph attached to one — you confirm is yours to share, and you allow us to publish it on the site.
We keep the site available as best we can but cannot promise it is never down or never contains an error.

What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy, which also forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.
If something has gone wrong, please talk to us first. Almost everything is settled in a message.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when your order is confirmed is the version that applies to it.
