Shipping Policy

Dispatch and delivery times

Once your order is confirmed, your saree is checked, pressed and packed, and leaves us within 1–3 business days. Allowing for time in transit, orders reach you within 5–8 days of the date you order, depending on where you are.

These are working-day estimates. Festival weeks, regional holidays, courier strikes and weather can add a day or two, and we will tell you if we know your parcel is running behind rather than leave you to wonder.

Tracking your order

We share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched, on the same thread you ordered from. If tracking has not moved for a couple of days, message us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Where we ship

We deliver anywhere in India, to any serviceable PIN code. We do not ship internationally at present. If you are ordering from outside India for delivery to an Indian address, that is perfectly fine — message us and we will take care of it.

Your delivery address

We take your delivery address and phone number over WhatsApp when the order is confirmed. Please check both carefully before we dispatch — once a parcel is with the courier we can rarely redirect it, and an unreachable phone number is the single most common cause of a delayed delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because nobody could be reached at the address, we will contact you and arrange to send it again.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Damage in transit is treated as a defect, and is covered by our returns policy. Please film your unboxing before you open the parcel — that recording is what allows a claim to be settled quickly, and it protects you as much as it protects us.
